Starting off with an apology because I was hoping to get this episode out to everyone over the weekend! We spend a considerable amount of time talking about Thursday’s disruptive full moon in Aries, and I believe we are already feeling the build-up to that lunation. The moon has just moved into Aries as I’ve been writing these episode notes, so we are off to the races. Take special care of yourselves tomorrow and Thursday. Offer yourself tons of love and patience. Do what you can to calm the nervous system and buffer your reactions to yourself and others with grace.
At the end of this episode, Theresa announces a group sadhana and healing practice that she will be offering through Inner Currents next year aimed at healing wounds and traumas incurred in the first year of life. I am really excited about this offering, and we will be providing more information as we get closer. Theresa and I will be offering joint year-ahead readings again for 2025. These were super fun last year, and we are excited to be offering them again. Lastly, we have to take a two-week hiatus from the podcast as Theresa is traveling with her family and I will be helping care for my parents as my dad recovers from surgery.
